1. WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE NEED AND WHY AND HOW LONG ARE THEY KEPT:

For the execution of the concluded agreement
We may use your personal data in the context of the execution of an agreement concluded with you. Without these personal data it is not possible for us to execute the agreement with you. For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

  • First and last name;
  • Address details (address, zip code, city, country);
  • Phone number;
  • E-mail address;
  • VAT number;
  • Payment details, such as bank account number;
  • Company details
  • Other information that you provide to us.

We store these personal data for as long as they are still necessary for the execution of the agreement. After this, we store the personal data for 7 years in order to comply with Dutch tax legislation.

To contact you after a request for contact
We process your personal data to be able to contact you by telephone if you request it and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) if you cannot be reached by telephone. We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest. This importance is being able to respond to your contact request. For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

  • First and last name;
  • Address details (address, postal code, city, country);
  • Phone number;
  • E-mail address;
  • Other information that you provide to us, for example in the form on the website.

We keep this personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil your request. After this we will delete your personal data.

For the newsletter
We send newsletters to keep our customers and other interested parties informed about our offers and new developments. The basis for processing is our legitimate interest, which is to maintain contact with our customers and interested parties.

If you are a customer with us, we may use your contact details to send the newsletter. If you are not (yet) a customer we will only send the newsletter if you have given permission for this. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

We process the following personal data to send the newsletter:

  • First and last name;
  • E-mail address.

We store your personal data for this purpose until you object or unsubscribe.

Applying for a job
When you apply for a job with us, we need your personal data for the application process. We collect these personal data primarily on the basis of legitimate interest, namely for the application process. When we offer you a contract, we process this personal data to draw up and execute the employment contract. Upon definitive employment, we will request additional personal information. We process the following personal data in the context of the application process:

  • First and last name;
  • Phone number;
  • E-mail address;
  • Motivation letter;
  • CV and all information contained therein;
  • Other personal data provided in connection with the application.

We store your personal data for up to four weeks after the application procedure has ended. If you have given us permission, we can store your personal data for a maximum of one year. This way we can contact you if we have an interesting vacancy for you later.
